The United States Constitution delegates no power to Congress to regulate, fund, direct, or organize your relationship with health care providers you may choose. As with so many activities where the federal government has unconstitutionally intruded, we can already see that their efforts, whether meant to be helpful or merely to spread their control into more areas of our lives, are undisputedly harmful, and the State should do all it can to protect our citizens from this hazard.
